...just ignore and choose "Don't repair" , it will play fine.
repairing it doesn't work anyway...i tried, you just get the same warning again when playing the "repaired" avi
...so don't know what's up with that

You just forgot to fill in episode type and ripper's name.
Other than that, the submissions are fine... and already verified
