I read the how to. I searched the forum. I tried to add links for worst witch season one.  I did a preview. What appeared did not look like the other releases posted.  I got no error messages but the format for other releases had the boxes to check and the download bar at the bottom which my preview did not.

I cannot figure out what i am doing wrong.  Additionally on the copy portion of emule there were three boxes to check
add self as source
add HTML-Tags
add complete hashset
I did not know whether to tick them or not.

Those links look fine, whats the problem?

You have to put the ed2k tags (donkey button of the text editor)

I came here because this is my first attempt to try and share files.  I knew I was "missing" something.  I could not on my own determin what this was.

You told me HERE that it was ok, so i entered the information in the release section even tho i thot there was something wrong.

In the RELEASE section you told me that you were going to "bin" the submission until i fixed it.  Thankfully Ramses came through and showed me what i was "missing" and so was able to fix the submission.

I know you can do this with both eyes closed, both hands tied behind your back, however you too once made your first submission and you probably did it correctly on your first try but there are some of us that need a little help.

I really did look through all the threads.  I did see that I needed to put in the [ed2k][/ed2k], but i did not know if i had to do it after every episode or where.  I forgot to put this in my question specifically but i did ask, why when i previewed my submission the format was not correct.  I was so worried about asking a stupid question that i "forgot" to ask it.

I know you are really busy but all I am asking for is a little patience with newbies because if we learn how to do it right the first time less errors for you to correct in future. Telling me to read a thread was really not very helpful as I already mentioned that I had checked the threads here.  I found mostly questions about y episodes would not play after being downloaded, no video, no sound, what codex?  

We all have the same goal, I love this site, and we all want it to be the best.

Because in 5 years that we have existed, our staff and users have written more then enough help, FAQ, other documentation and example threads, so that one doesn't need to explain to every single person each time. Thats why all I will do  is tell people to read, watch and learn.

I get that I really do.  I don't have any ideas about the technical aspect but, is there, perhaps, some better way to collect and organize the information.  What about a chat room like emule has for support, staffed by volunteers.  I know they have helped me enourmously, i wouldn't be a file sharer without them.

In all honesty I went through the help and support information.  I really did not want to ask a question, that had been asked and answered b4, to the point that it took me a week to get the courage to even try and post the information.
