While I've been aware of TVU for a while i've never really used it as I stopped using this form of P2P a few years ago, however I love the effort you put in and the amount of content that you have!

A few things.
1. The TVU server - Is that just a centralized server to connect to or does it actually serve data?
2. With a collection this big has anyone ever considered uploading to MegaUpload, instead of having to serve the files to each other you can just upload it once and then it can be downloaded countless times


If I haven't convinced you to give megaupload a try yet then consider this, I currently have over 20Tb on my MU account (that prob got your attention) Granted that a lot of that is HD movies and even divx movies, however unlike many other uploaders to DDL (Direct DownLoad) sites I don't upload files for points (you can make $ out of it), I'm just a sharing person.

I dont' want you to have to read too much so i'll be brief.
Megaupload uses MD5 hashing for files... and doesn't blacklist them.
If you upload an avi/mpeg/mkv files to megaupload it is also uploaded to megavideo and can be streamed.
And finally, if you upload a file under 1gb via megamanager (their spyware included upload manager) or the webUI, and its already on their servers (md5 remember) then it instantly uploads!

So i'm asking you to give it a try, just dump your entire video collection in megamanager and see how fast they upload (they still take about 20seconds) This was some of the rarer files can be within everyones reach without having to even upload!

As for the second question. TVU is a P2P site, ddl is not P2P, it is not our niche, no we're not interested. MU is an annoying little site too, may be I am too impatient, but the waiting and the speed limits on free accounts is just unbearable. But thats beside the point.
