I registered so I could submit a new series, Porno Valley (http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt0391680/), that doesn't seem to be in the list under P.
But when I try, I'm told that the series already exists. However, when I go and check, the series still isn't there.

Any idea how this can be fixed or what is wrong?

You probably hit "enter" too early and the series was registered in the DB, even though you weren't able to finish your submission.

Try following the steps of How To Submit guide and if you still have a problem, let us know.
