I hope I am putting this missive in the right place:

This effects those of you who directly or indirectly download bluetack block lists.

Apparently, Bluetack may be going subscriber only!!!

Yes, the folks that supply the block lists are only about a third of the way to their February goal to fund their servers.

According to their forum, they seem to have decided to put the whole thing onto subscription only. (I am not sure if this threat has been used before)

I think they should be rewarded for what they do or at least have their servers kept online but question the method. If they only give lists to the people who managed to pony up the $198, who will these people download from if the rest of the net is taken down by malware, anti-P2P apps and other gestapo flavored things on the internet?

Now, I may be mistaken but doesn't Peerblock also update from the bluetack lists?

Whatever your thoughts on this ... that's the info.
