Try connecting to a different server
& be sure it's not a fake one!
On Kad There's a button "Recheck Firewall"
Click on that & see if that does the trick.
Under "Recheck Firewall" there's the bootstrap,
where instead of an IP, click "From Known Clients".
Read THIS for useful info on Low ID.

i wont change its setting because my isp will say that i have problems with internet because i meddled with router setting (they know nothing, they have one person who checks whether the client have connection to internet, but he checks it by sending pings ^^)
low id isnt a problem for me
my problem is that i dont have contacts in kad and i cant search (nothing will be found) and my dl=0 and ul=0 all the time
when i had this problem last time i updated emule from 0.47c to 0.48a, and i had kad connections for a while
but i have 0 kad connections again and kad is trying to connect all the time with no result
this is my problem and i dont know what caused it
p.s.
low id didnt cause it, because i allways have low id and it worked for years

then I don't know what else to tell you...
I suggest you have a look at eMule's site:

The requested resource
/nodes.dat
is no longer available on this server and there is no forwarding address. Please remove all references to this resource.
Apache Server at emule-inside.net Port 80
WHAT NOW?
do you have any other solutions for this kad connecting problem?
Any other ¨nodes.dat¨ ?
I will search the net for solution and post if I find something....
