Here is a very useful site with a list of all the reliable servers for eMule:

http://www.gruk.org/list.php

You can either add all the servers to your eMule, by clicking Add to emule,
or you can add only the ones you want by clicking on their IPs.
The servers marked in pink are not fake, they're just the ones not fully functional
at the moment you're checking the list, so you can leave them out, if you want.

This list is updated regularly, so by checking it once in a while,
you can see if you need to make any necessary changes/adjustments
in order to keep a clean and safe list of servers.

A couple of other helpful sites:
http://shortypower.d...s.org/?s=11&o=d
http://edk.peerates....t...ak=1&sort=5

Feel free to add any more servers or serverlists
that you think might be useful.

:)

More important than a serverlist is a IPFILTER, if you set eMule 48A correctly it will remove the fakes and still allow new good servers in, AUTOMATICALLY ...... I have not downloaded or needed a serverlist in about 18 months..

to get the less than 20 real servers available... and forget about serverlist updates ......

http://www.bluetack....ipfilter.dat.gz   <-- COPY & paste to Options/security ( don't click on it), and press load, update only once a week, (bluetack produce it weekly)

Also in options/security tick "filter servers too", and make sure protocol Obfuscation is enabled (ticked).

in Options/server tick "update serverlist when connecting to a server"

in options/extended make sure there is a tick "filter server and LAN IPs"

Use smart Low ID check on connect, and Safe Connect are also ticked

Apply all that, and then connecting to a server will auto update the serverlist..

Also about connecting to Kad

Enable Kad in Options/Connection, make sure that UDP is not disabled.

On the Kad window press bootstrap (from known clients).

If you have some files waiting in transfer screen (KAD needs a reason to Connect) Kad should connect within .5 to 10 minutes depending on how many files are in transfer screen.

:D
