ctorrent is unable to connect to your tracker using http.
tried to do a wget as a test, http://tracker.tvund...u:3218/announce
then just http://tracker.tvund...und.org.ru:3218 and neither one
works. get connection refused.
have not had any issues before. this started around 2011-Sep-24.
